The UTRID Board and Immersion Weekend Committee are pleased to offer immersion weekend Early-bird prices for one more day. These prices will be available until Monday, March 17th.  All prices increase by $50.00 dollars, Monday night after 11:59pm.

Queen (shared) $300/person
Sleep Alone Bed Options: Registration Cost per person:
King (alone) $520 
Queen (alone) $430

Registration includes: your sleeping accommodation choice, all of your meals and snacks*, up to 2.1 CEUs/ 21 CEHs, (pending approval from CMP) and incredible amenities including indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, sports court, lounge spaces, etc.

Note: parking is excessively limited; thus, we are unable to offer off-site sleeping arrangements.

We hear you, and we value your emotional and physical safety and comfort. We hope this weekend will be a time for organic connections, rooting deep and branching out.
Hence, we are providing choices for sleeping accommodations with a modified pricing schedule. 

These new options will go live on our registration page this Thursday, March 6th. Spaces are limited and are first come, first serve.

Hello Magnificent Interpreters,

Immersion weekend registration will be open exclusively to you, our esteemed colleagues, and UTRID members, for one week only, beginning tomorrow–February 14th, 2025.

Make your virtual connections LIVE!

Seize this moment to text that friend and interpreter you’ve been meaning to ask to bunk with you and join us at the littoral and sublime Bear Lake this May 15th to the 18th, for 4 days and 3 nights of indelible connection and learning.

Food and lodging are included in the registration fee. We anticipate up to 2.1 CEU’s/21 CEH’s (pending CMP approval).

After February 21st, registration will be open to other Regions V interpreters.
