Workshop will cover a brief history of the LGBTQ+ rights movement and appropriate terms.
Interpreters will also have hands on practice interpreting related topics.

Following the workshop, interpreters will have the opportunity to sign up to volunteer their interpreting services for the upcoming Pride Festival June 1-2, 2019

On Wednesday May 1, UTRID will be participating in the National Interpreter Appreciation Day

This special day of honoring and thanking interpreters for their commitment to the field and to the communities they serve happens annually on the first Wednesday in May.

This year we are excited to announce that we will be offering 25% off UTRID memberships from May 1 through Friday May 3rd
(Includes all membership categories.)
